Current patients of Vision Neuropsychology & Psychology Services should use the secure TherapyNotes Client Portal for all electronic communication regarding appointments, documentation, or clinical matters. This portal ensures your information is transmitted securely and meets HIPAA privacy standards.

You may access the portal using the secure link provided during your intake process. If you need a new invitation or have trouble logging in, please contact us at 949-526-9504 for assistance.

Please do not send personal health information (PHI) through standard email.

Provider Referrals

Healthcare providers may send referrals or inquiries to referrals@visionneuropsych.com.

Alternatively, referrals can be submitted securely through our online referral form.
